COVID19 Update

Hello Valued Guest of Nova Salon,

As we get back to the opening of small businesses in our area, we both have decided to do a soft opening as of June 1st. We have collectively come up with the best guidelines we could, according to safe practices recommended by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, which helps guide small businesses. 

We care about you and your family’s safety as well as ours. In these unknown times, we are going to do our best to insure the safety and health of not only our clients but our community. 

Anyone not willing to comply with these guidelines cannot be accepted as a client at this time.

Salon Guidelines

  • If you are sick, or have been exposed to someone who is sick or has been sick in the last 14 days, we kindly ask you to reschedule. 
    • If cancelling an appointment due to illness, you will have to wait another 14 days before you can receive a service. 
  • When you arrive at your scheduled appointment, please call or text us to let us know and wait in your car until we come to get you at the door.

  • As you enter the salon, please wash your hands and sanitize them before your service begins as well as after. 
  • All stations will be cleaned and sanitized prior to the client’s arrival. Touch points, including the bathroom, will be sanitized often throughout the day. 
  • Only the person receiving a service is allowed in the salon. 
    • Exceptions may be made for kids cuts. 
  • At this time we will no longer have beverage service or magazines available and no one will be using the waiting area. 
  • Stylists and clients will be required to wear a mask. If you do not have one you can purchase one for $1 (it will be added to your bill, I’m only charging what I paid for them!) Behind the ear masks will help us better perform your service.
  • We are happy to assist in retrieving retail products for you for purchase. 
  • Bring in only minimal personal belongings such as keys and phone. 
  • You may opt for no blowdry to help reduce the time you are in the salon. 

Please be patient with us as we do our best to navigate through this difficult time. We truly want to keep everyone as Safe and Healthy as possible. We have missed you and look forward to seeing you again.
